Emily Musil Church is the Prize Manager for the Global Learning XPRIZE. She has a Ph.D. from UCLA, and has been a faculty member at American University, Trinity College, and Lafayette College. She has researched, published, and taught extensively about Africa and women’s global rights.  Emily has worked closely with a number of NGOs, focusing especially on the use of media in contemporary social justice movements.
