Big Ideas Fest Speakers Douglas Gayeton
Douglas Gayeton is an information architect, filmmaker, photographer, and writer. Douglas co founded the Lexicon of Sustainability in 2009 with his wife, Laura Howard-Gayeton. They continue to guide the project from a series of barns on their goat farm near Petaluma, California, where they are supported by a team of passionate lexicographers, researchers, artists, filmmakers, and sustainability experts. Their education initiative, PROJECT LOCALIZE, trains students across the U.S. and Mexico to unearth and share sustainability stories with their communities.
